The following important documents are required to be completed for travel on P&O Ferries.

Must be completed prior to arrival at the port and handed into our staff at check in. Please retain a copy.

Behaviour of Young Persons

Group leader is required to brief their party regarding Health and Safety on board P&O Ferries and complete the attached form to hand into our Receptionist at the Information Desk. (Dover - Calais only)
