These include terms & conditions for standard and promotional offers and form part of the main P&O Ferries Terms of Business.

General
These terms & conditions cover advertised offers/promotions/fares and should be read in conjunction with the main P&O Ferries Terms of Business.
All offers are subject to restricted space, sailings and dates, are correct at the time of publication and may be withdrawn without notice. Promotional bookings are amendable for a fee, but no refunds or cancellations will be permitted unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, nor are they further discountable. Promotional fares are not available to book at the port.
Motorhome and minibus bookings are subject to a supplement where height and length limits are exceeded and together with vans, may be exempt from some offers.

Short Break, Any Duration & Day Trip Products
‘Short Break’ fares are valid for a duration of up to 5 calendar days on the continent.
‘Any Duration’ products are valid for stays of over 5 calendar days.
Unless specified, a day trip is valid for travel out and return anytime within the same calendar day. Day trips booked online are only available to book up to 60 days in advance of chosen travel date.

Dover-Calais Service
Travel Dover - Calais 19:45 – 05:30 and Calais to Dover 23:15 – 08:55 is subject to our ‘lite nights’ service. Limited onboard facilities are available on ‘lite night’ sailings and Foot passenger fares may be unavailable.

Dover: Car Park Shopper
Goods that are purchased on the outward journey only will be delivered to your car upon arrival in Calais and must be accompanied by a passenger. It is your responsibility to satisfy HM Customs that all purchases are for personal use. There will be restricted availability on ‘Lite night’ sailings. Your return trip to Dover must be taken onboard the same ship, which departs approximately 45 minutes after arrival in Calais. Failure to do so will invalidate your ticket.

Disney Offer
Unless otherwise stated the fare shown includes a £2.50 web discount and is subject to restricted space, sailings and dates.
One free adult ‘1-day hopper ticket’ voucher per P&O Ferries booking made before 30th September 2010, for travel in 2010,(excludes day return foot passenger tickets and some tickets not purchased directly from P&O Ferries). Voucher will be issued along with your ferry tickets at the check-in on the day of travel.
Voucher entitles the name lead P&O Ferries passenger to exchange the voucher for a valid ‘1-day hopper’ adult Disney entrance ticket upon production of their voucher and passport at the Ticket Booth at the park entrance. Free ticket allows for unlimited entry into both Disneyland Resort Paris parks on the day of redemption only.
Voucher is valid for redemption up to the 31st March 2011. Voucher is non-transferrable and has no monetary value. Entry is subject to park capacity.

Hull: Minicruises
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are based on return travel, per person based on 2 people sharing a 2 berth inside en-suite cabin travelling from Hull on consecutive nights. The Minicruise price includes return city centre coach transfers to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Bruges (not for Motorist Minicruise). The number of nights shown (2 nights) represents the number of nights spent onboard. Extra night option (3 night Minicruise) is available on payment of a supplement. Motorist Minicruise is excluded from the extra night option. Any overnight accommodation on the continent must be booked and paid for by the passenger independently; it is not included in the extra night supplement.

£2 day trip
Book before 29th September for travel until 30th September. Subject to restricted sailings and space. Foot passengers can travel Dover-Calais between 08:25 and 19:30, Calais-Dover between 06:30 and 22:00. Costa Coffee promotion redeemable with voucher provided at check-in. The voucher entitles the bearer to a Buy-One-Get-One-Free on any Large Costa Coffee purchased from our onboard Costa Coffee outlets. This voucher has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid day of issue only. Cheapest selected coffee will be offered free. Attraction discount vouchers are subject to park opening hours.
