These include terms & conditions for standard and promotional offers and form part of the main P&O Ferries Terms of Business.

General
These terms & conditions cover advertised offers/promotions/fares and should be read in conjunction with the main P&O Ferries Terms of Business.
All offers are subject to restricted space, sailings and dates, are correct at the time of publication and may be withdrawn without notice. Promotional bookings are amendable for a fee, but no refunds or cancellations will be permitted unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, nor are they further discountable. Promotional fares are not available to book at the port.
Motorhome and minibus bookings are subject to a supplement where height and length limits are exceeded and together with vans, may be exempt from some offers.

Free Wine Day Trip

*Fare shown includes a £5.00 web discount. Bookings are non-amendable, non-refundable and subject to restricted space, sailings and dates. One case (6 bottles) of Gallo Red, White or Rose wine per qualifying Dover-Calais car booking made during the promotional period. 'Buy-one-get-one-free meal' offer applies to one free Food Court meal per qualifying booking on outward sailings from Dover (to Calais) only. On departures from Dover between 2am and 11am the meal offer applies to Cooked English Breakfast and on all other departures to a Fish & Chips meal (excludes drinks, side dishes or other additional Food Court purchases). Vouchers to claim onboard promotions issued at the check-in on the day of travel. P&O Ferries reserve the right to amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.

Minicruise 2 for 1

Terms and conditions: *Valid for travel between 1st January and 31st March 2012. Prices shown are per person based on 2 adults sharing an inside cabin travelling from Hull (Sunday - Wednesday departures). Fares shown are inclusive of £1pp web discount, phone surcharges apply. Supplements also apply for single person bookings, other cabin types and departure days and a booking fee will be charged on credit card payments. The number of nights shown (2 nights) represents the number of consecutive nights spent onboard. Extra night option (3-night minicruise) is available on payment of a supplement. '2 for 1' - 'One pays one goes free' promotion applies to the ferry, cabin, coach transfer elements of your booking only. Pre-booked meals, retails offers, hotel accommodation, themed minicruises, taxes and surcharges are excluded from this promotion unless stated. Motorist minicruise is excluded from the extra night option. Any overnight accommodation on the continent must be booked and paid for by the passenger independently, it is not included in the extra night supplement. For any accommodation booking made with Superbreak your contract is with Superbreak (Copies on request from Superbreak). Any vehicle carrying freight will not be permitted to travel on a motorist minicruise. Vans travelling for non-commercial use will be able to travel on a motorist minicruise, rates available on request. Any other vehicle type designed for commercial use including vehicles higher than 2.4 metres and/or longer than 6 metres, including minibuses and motorhomes will not be permitted to travel on a motorist minicruise. The Pre-booked onboard meals discount is based on the % difference between the booked onboard price and the pre-booked price. Prices are subject to restricted space sailings and dates and can be withdrawn without prior notice. P&O Ferries promotional conditions and terms of business apply. 

Car park charges apply at P&O Ferries terminals in Hull - £6 per 24 hours period or part thereof (£12 for a 2 night minicruise).
Departure times are subject to change. Please check our departure timings at the time of making your reservation.
Please note: The Hull Rotterdam service departs at 20:30 from Hull each day except between 4-22 January 12 when it departs at 18:30 every other day. The Hull-Zeebrugge service departs at 18:30 from Hull each day except between 4-30 January 12 and 22Feb-11 Mar12 when it operates every other day only. There will be no minicruise sailings on the Hull-Zeebrugge or Hull-Rotterdam service on the 30th & 31st of March 2012. Sailings dates & times are subject to change.

Darts Minicruise onboard competition t&cs

1. Only one entry per qualifying darts minicruise booking will be allowed for the free prize draw.  
2. Entry to the free prize draw will only be available on the return journey on the 28th March via Rotterdam-Hull.  Entry slips will be collected during the darts entertainment show in the main show bar.
3. The prize draw for a free pair of  Premier league darts final tickets will be made on the 28th March 2012. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be announced during the show.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the rules of the competition or cancel it at any time without notice.
5. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into; the promoter is P&O Ferries Ltd, Channel House, Dover, CT17 9TJ.
