The Antwerp Diamond Museum will be showing a spectacular exhibition this spring: Diamond Divas highlights famous and glamorous women who wear diamonds.
Pieces from the celebrity world have been gathered from private collections, jewellers and auction houses to contribute to what will be one of the most extravagant jewellery ever created.
This is a unique opportunity to see the Moon of Baroda necklace worn by Marilyn Monroe at the premier of Gentlemen prefer Blondes. At the centre of this piece is a canary yellow 24.04 carat pear-shaped diamond.
You can also see tiaras worn by Grace Kelly and Lady Mountbatten, as well as wedding tiaras worn by Madonna and Victoria Beckham. The earrings worn by Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman and the pink earrings worn by Meryl Streep in the film The Devil wears Prada will also be on display.
The Belgian city of Antwerp is famous for its diamond industry and can be visited on a weekend cruise break.
The Diamond Museum is next to Antwerp's central railway station and the exhibition will be held from April 11th to June 8th this year.
